Raven Cosplayer Brings Teen Titans’ Magic Wielder to Perfect Life

This stunning cosplay brings to life the Teen Titans Raven by a skilled cosplayer.

Rachel Roth was dressed as Raven the hero of Teen Titans in this wacky cosplay.

Anastasia Volodina is a Russian fashion designer who posted her picture on Twitter under the name of the Daughters of Darkness. “I am presenting my latest work, cosplaying as Raven!” Volodina shared this on social media. “You are aware that I love creating unique looks however, I’m not sure about Raven… Everyone I’ve spoken to advised me to make her! What character do you imagine me as? What character do you want to see me as?”

Volodina’s Raven is based on the character that is most often depicted as the character from the Teen Titans Cartoon Network cartoon. Volodina created the latex costume, and Kordelia Kolimenta created the coat with a hood. Licora Mint, a digital artist, created her red-gem belt. Teen Titans fans applaud Volodina for her role-play as Raven. They describe it as “incredible,” ‘amazing,” and “gorgeous.

The History of Teen Titans Raven

Raven first made an appearance in the 1980s October issue of DC Comics Presents#26, which featured Superman joining forces with other superheroes. The character was developed in 1980 by the artist George Perez and writer Marv Wolfman. Raven is a demon/human superhero, and is well-known among comic book fans. But it was not until the Teen Titans cartoon television series that aired on Cartoon Network, which premiered on July 19, 2003, and was on for five years that she was recognized by the mainstream media.

Raven is a character who is frequently seen in DC-related multimedia productions. Raven is featured in the animated show Teen Titans Go. Both animated versions are played by Tara Strong. Raven is also a part of the live-action HBO Max series Titans which is played by Teagan Croft. Titans, together with Doom Patrol, will end the run of HBO Max following four seasons.

The brand new Teen Titans comic-book series, Titans features Raven as a member of the superhero team along with Nightwing. Cyborg, Starfire, and Donna Troy. The new lineup of superheroes will take over the Justice League in the DC Universe as the most powerful superhero team.
