Gojo and Geto’s Complex Friendship
Gojo and Geto began their friendship in their second year at Tokyo Jujutsu High. They quickly became best friends. The loss of a friend caused them to drift apart, which led to their divergent opinions on what roles they could play within the Jujutsu community. Gojo and Geto were on opposing sides for a long time. Gojo was determined to defend the world from the Cursed Spirits while Geto wanted to build a world in which only curse users or jujutsu magicians could rule the world.
Jujutsu Kaisen had more than 70 million copies and 21 tankobon copies were in circulation in August 2022. Gege Akutami composed Jujutsu Kaisen. It follows Yuji Itadori when he swallows Sukuna’s deadly Curse. The man is condemned to be executed. Gojo recommends that he be executed rather. Instead of having him executed, Gojo recommends that Yuji be admitted as a student at Tokyo Jujutsu High. He will be taught to swallow Sukuna’s fingers. They could execute Yuji and kill Sukuna after the man has completed that. MAPPA created an adaptation of the anime. The film was released in October 2020 and was aired for 24 episodes. The prequel film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 was released one year later. It made more than 13 billion yen at the box office, making it the 14th highest-grossing Japanese film up to September 2022.
